  • What Information is needed to book my cruise?

    Travelers names, valid email address, valid phone number(s), valid mailing address, emergency contact information, date of birth of cabin holder, credit/debt card information in addition to the billing address for the credit card. (Passport information not required at the moment of booking)

  • What is there to do onboard?

    Onboard there’s a basketball/volleyball court, golf driving net, jogging/walking track, spa, library, swimming pools, video arcade, and access to any concerts or parties.

  • What types of Payment Methods are accepted?

    Booking a cabin requires either a debit or credit card. All monies paid are non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance.

  • When should I plan to arrive and depart from Miami?

    Departure: Friday 5pm (June 30th, 2017) – Arrive as early as 12 noon but no later than 3pm.

    Arrival: Monday 7am (July 3rd, 2017) – Expect to be off the ship latest by 10am.

  • Is there a Payment Plan offered?

    Yes, there is a payment plan. When booking it is required to pay the minimum deposit per person (deposit varies on the type of cabin and amount of guests in the cabin). Monthly payment amounts will be determined according to the amount of months from the moment of booking and the deadline payment date. (All monies paid are non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance)

    Travel insurance is not required but it is definitely recommended in case of an unexpected emergency.

    If you are a single traveler looking for a roommate, we can definitely find you a roommate depending on availability.

  • Do I need a passport to be on this cruise?

    U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport OR government issued ID and U.S. Birth Certificate.

    U.S. Residents: Must provide valid passport and green card.

    Non U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport and travel visa.

  • How do I get my tickets and boarding pass?

    After paying the full balance, you will receive an additional email with your boarding pass.

  • How Do I Check in?

    After paying the full balance, you will receive an additional email that will give you access to check in through the Norwegian Cruise Line website. Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time. Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.
